Avoid getting Fungus on toe nails

What to avoid when getting pedicure spa treatment?

1. Make sure the pedicure equipment are sanitized (use pipeless pedicure chairs).
2. Avoid cutting ingrown nails if it doesn't bother you.
3. Ask if the tools are sterilized.
4. Do not wear closed shoes after the pedicure treatment due to wet cuticles underneath the nails.
5. Remove the polish after 10 days to avoid damaging the nails.
6. Cut toe nails as short as possible.

Pedicure supplies that used at the salon are not as harmful as to the shoes and the amount of pressure that you applied to the toes daily. Toes get fungus and damaged mainly from the sweat from unopened shoes.
